First and foremost, you'll fill out "the lowdown" which will help me gather important info. We'll identify your goals, hindrances on the court, and how your schedule will accommodate this added commitment. Plus, I'll layout my expectations for you, the expectations I have for myself, and I'll answer any questions that come up. Lastly, you can drop in to the course to get a taste of the videos, meditations, and visualizations, and see what the weekly structure looks like.

We're going live! You've committed to evolving your game with the mvp program and now we're in the works. This week is about building new habits and rhythms. Anticipate the hurdles and develop habits around them to incorporate the program, and of course, if you need support around this I'm here! At the end of each week we'll do a check in to see how things are going. Our weekly check in after week 1 will cover any initial hiccups, difficulties, and newly realized questions. Week 1 is growing pains but your transformation is underway.

All of the initial setup is taken care of and we're rolling. At this point, you've been incorporating a daily practice into your day, utilizing the prescribed videos. The mental-emotional belly is rumbling as we begin our deep dive into mind-body connections and framing your mindset.

At the start of week 3 we'll be really getting to the main course of this six-week meal train. We're building the foundation of your breath by working the diaphragm and getting more detailed in the visualizations. We'll check in, see how you're feeling about your practice, and cover any other highs and lows.

Committing to a daily practice can be hard work. We'll spice it up with a healthy dose of intriguing visualizations to ensure continued growth. Our check in will focus on your development, how far you've come, and what you want out of the final two weeks.

After four weeks, habits have begun to settle in and a breakthrough is on the horizon; you can just about taste it. We’ll maintain your daily practice or you can increase upon it, all up to you. As for our check in, we'll reflect on what you've learned so far and answer any questions habits within Q’s Muse.

It's the final week, but we're not done yet. I'll drop in some closing motivations as you head to the finish line. At the end of the week, we'll celebrate your successes and consider where your journey goes from here. The closing reflections from you will serve those who come after you. Appreciation and deep gratitude to you and your efforts.
