meet the teacher

Cody Quattrocci

Cody first found flow, yoga, and holistic health through basketball and personal intrigue. Such interest bloomed when stumbling upon Phil Jackson’s “Sacred Hoops”, and George Mumford’s “The Mindful Athlete”. In turn, Cody completed a 200 Yoga Teacher Training at Evolution PT & Yoga in 2020, giving him the training, insights, and tools to develop his meditation and visualization program. offerings:

Individual Sessions: In-person 1-on-1 sessions customized for your game. $50 per session. At Homebody in Burlington, VT.

  • First Session: 30-minute initial consultation + 30-minute MVP session

  • Ongoing sessions: 30-minute MVP session with 15-minute check-in before to reflect on the practice and improve our approach

Group Sessions: On-site sessions with up to 15 participants and a tiered offering system.

  • Essential Experience: provides participants breathwork, restorative yoga poses, and a generalized visualization script. High School Rate - $75 per session. College/Semi-Pro rate - $125 per session.

  • Customized Experience: provides participants breathwork, restorative yoga poses, and a customized visualization script for specific game strategy or team needs. Collaboration with coaches required. High School rate - $125 per session. College/Semi-Pro rate - $150 per session.

Group sessions are 30 minutes. 15+ participants can be accommodated at an extra cost depending on space and equipment. Contact Cody directly at cjoquattro@gmail.com for group bookings.
