restorative yoga training:
an in depth training for yoga teachers + practitioners who want to reclaim slowness and presence
Hello dear yoga teacher,
Come home to your body. Learn to guide others into the healing power of rest.
You’re not here to hustle your way to healing.
You're here because you’ve felt it – that moment when your nervous system finally exhales.
When the body softens.
When your breath settles into rhythm.
When you remember: this is what rest feels like.
If you’re a yoga teacher, bodyworker, or space-holder…
You know your students are craving this too.
But how do you guide them into real rest, not just relaxation?
This is more than a training.
It’s a reclamation of slowness, presence, and your inner resource.
Perhaps our greatest task as practitioners, is to reveal the nervous system to itself.
In this weekend immersion with Sasha, you’ll learn to:
Create deeply safe, trauma-informed spaces for nervous system healing
Use props with intention to support total comfort and surrender
Cue simply and clearly, leading from embodiment, not performance
Hold space with steadiness and compassion, even in silence
And most of all, feel restorative yoga in your bones so you teach from experience, not theory
This training is for you if:
You’re a yoga teacher, healer, or practitioner ready to slow down and root deeper into your practice
You feel pulled to offer something more nourishing in a world of fast-paced flows
You’ve experienced burnout, overwhelm, or disconnection, and want to guide others to a different way of being
You believe rest is not a luxury… it’s a birthright and a radical act of care
What You’ll Experience:
Each day includes both lecture and embodied practice so you’re learning through your body, not just your mind.
Restorative Posture Lab: Learn how to support the body in key poses for deep nervous system regulation
Prop Mastery: Use what you have creatively—no fancy tools required
Holding Healing Space: Explore trauma awareness, co-regulation, and the subtleties of presence
Restorative Rituals: Journal, reflect, and reconnect to what rest feels like for you
Resources for Stress Management you can bring to students and clients right away

what people are saying…
“I would say regardless if you are a teacher or not, this is a great way to regulate your nervous system and learn tricks on how to stay grounded.”
“The opportunity to practice restorative yoga in depth was super special - we need more of this “
“Sasha is grounded and knows the practice well, and I learned so much experientially and in knowledge to be able to get started here.”
“It was an amazing opportunity for both professional and personal development.”
“I have experienced some more...full or layered restorative practices, which are great for other reasons but coming to your classes and learning from you has really instilled a deeper trust in the power of simplicity & stillness in yoga. There was a moment when I looked up at the screen on Friday and you were just still, looked like you were meditating yourself, and it helped me to soften as well. I just want to thank you for re-invigorating this for me; I felt a permission to trust both myself and those I may facilitate to find their way.”
