restorative yoga training:
a practice to carry in your bones
Hello dear yoga teacher,
Have you yet connected to that well of deep rest within and felt its expansiveness? Do you want to help your students rest on a deep level from a space of experience? Imagine easily guiding students into foundational restorative yoga poses and helping them to feel what it truly means to be comfortable, supported, and to let go while trusting that they are receiving what they need.
Imagine this…
You walk into your home studio already grounded through your personal practice. You feel this restorative practice IN YOUR BONES so much so that just thinking of the pose can soothe you. Students who attend your classes feel safe and cared for. You use props skillfully and mindfully. Your teaching and cues are simple and clear. You find your students easily tapping into rest and the richness of restorative yoga.

“I literally did not read the description and just signed up. That's how much I believe in your work.
Hello, I’m Sasha Quatrrocci
I am pleased to be your guide and trainer. Restorative Yoga came to me when I needed deep healing from multiple traumas. It has been an absolute joy to lead many others over the past seven years and to see them remember what it feels like to experience rest, to let go from that which does not easily let go from them, and to witness them come home to their body.
