Homebody is a playful turn on the typical connotation of someone who is considered a homebody. Here we use the term to refer to a homecoming. As a collective, we tend to be disconnected from our bodies. When we find space to slow down and to rest, we get to come back home to our bodies, to ourselves.

Why Homebody?

We’ve been recognized

among the best.

We have been nominated as one of the top 5 best places to get a massage in 2024 + 2025.
